Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship to all 50 US states via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Most single-coin orders ship via First Class Mail with tracking. Higher-value orders are shipped Priority Mail with signature confirmation and insurance.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Delivery times vary by destination.

Insurance

Orders valued over $100 are automatically insured during transit. If your shipment is lost or damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Returns

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a coin arrives significantly not as described, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to Return

Contact us via our Contact page before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Items must be returned in their original protective holder or packaging, unaltered, in the same condition as shipped.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
